Fame Group Ltd – Hospitality Vacation Rentals in Malta
- Booking & Payment Policy
1.1. All reservations require full payment of the booking fees at the time of booking.
1.2. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or any other method specified by Fame Group Ltd.
1.3. All rates are quoted in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
1.4. Any additional charges incurred during the stay (e.g., extra services, damages, or penalties) must be settled before departure.
- Security Deposit
2.1. A refundable security deposit is required upon check-in to cover potential damages:
Villas: €1,000
Townhouses: €500
Apartments & Penthouses: €250
2.2. The security deposit will be refunded within 3 days after check-out, subject to an inspection of the property for damages or missing items.
2.3. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from the deposit. If damages exceed the deposit amount, the guest is liable for the additional cost.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
3.1. Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
3.2. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the following policy:
Cancellations made 10 days or more before check-in: 50% refund of booking fee.
Cancellations made less than 10 days before check-in: No refund.
No refunds will be given for last-minute bookings.
3.3. In case of no-show or early departure, no refund will be provided.
- Check-In & Check-Out
4.1. Check-in time: 3:00 PM onwards.4.2. Check-out time: by 11:00 AM.4.3. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.4.4. A valid government-issued ID or passport is required for all guests upon check-in.
- Guest Responsibilities
5.1. The guest must respect the property, its furnishings, and its surroundings.
5.2. Noise must be kept to a minimum, particularly between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.5.3. Parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited unless prior approval is granted by Fame Group Ltd.
5.4. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their visitors.
5.5. Fame Group Ltd reserves the right to request immediate eviction without refund for any violations of these rules.
- House Rules
6.1. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all properties.
6.2. Pets are not allowed unless prior authorization is given.
6.3. Any illegal activities within the property will result in immediate termination of the stay with no refund and may be reported to local authorities.
6.4. Noise and loud music are strictly forbidden between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. If neighbors complain and the police are called, the booking will be canceled immediately, and no refund will be issued.
- Liability & Disclaimer
7.1. Fame Group Ltd is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during the guest’s stay.
7.2. Fame Group Ltd is not liable for the loss of personal belongings or valuables.
7.3. Any complaints must be reported immediately to Fame Group Ltd to allow for resolution during the stay.
- Force Majeure
8.1. Fame Group Ltd shall not be held responsible for failure to meet obligations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or other events beyond its control.
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction
9.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malta.
9.2. Any disputes arising shall be settled in the courts of Malta.
By making a booking with Fame Group Ltd, guests agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the reservation or eviction without refund.
